The Mainsail Package The Mainsail Package day is normally set on one of our Jeanneau 54 Deck Saloons. These magnificent yachts are very modern below and extravagant in the space that they offer both on deck and in the saloon area giving you the very best in comfortable fast cruising. We can also offer the same package on our Bavaria 46's or Jeanneau 45's. Below is a typical itinerary of your day: | 08:30 | Arrive at your yacht in Lymington, Portsmouth, Gosport, Southampton or Hamble. Please call to discuss your requirements.
Meet your skipper and hostess with fresh coffee, tea, & bacon rolls.
| | 09:00 | A safety briefing and a more formal welcome by the skipper
| | 09:30 | Set sail into the Solent, assuming a favourable tide we head out to one of the Isle of Wight's famous land marks such as The Needles or the Napoleonic Forts, where there should be plenty of photo opportunities for all on board. This is a good time for everyone to get involved, have a go on the helm and trim sails.
| | 13:30 | Lunch is a fantastic selection of cold meats and salads served to you on board by our hostess, whilst in an idyllic anchorage watching the world go by. For those that wish it, and if the weather is right, you will be able to swim from the yacht.
| | 14:30 | It is up anchor and up with the sails for another exciting sail. If multiple yachts are involved, you may wish to organise and informal but exciting race back to the home port putting the skills you were shown in the morning to good practice to try and beat the boss's boat!!!
| | 17:00 | At the marina you will all be invited to the Marina bar for a prize giving for the day where the winning boat in the afternoon race will receive a special prize.
