Availability

To check availability or to book a holiday, a yacht for the weekend, or a berth on one of our events or cruises, simply send an email with details of what you want or call on of our office numbers - admin 01923 263008, operations 08443 573637.

Payments

You can pay for charters, sailing courses and book-a-berth trips in a variety of ways:

• Cheque - payable to Solent Sail Ltd, please post to the admin office address shown below.
• By bank transfer to Abbey, 09-06-66, A/C 40609690. Please email to advise us of your payment.
• Telephone - call our main number 01923 263008 with your credit card details to check availability and book/pay on the spot.

• Paypal to pay@solentsail.co.uk

• By credit card on-line via Pay Pal. Click this button:-

  

Deposit cheques may be held or cashed. The balance is returned within two weeks of the charter less any amounts due for sundries or to cover significant damage or loss.

Alternatively deposits can be authorised on a credit card when a charge is only made if something is due.

Bookings

Whether you are chartering a whole yacht with us or taking part in a charter-a-berth cruise or RYA course, we will need some details about you such as who to contact in an emergency. We have two on-line forms that provide the same information as the paper form that you may have been sent in the post or by email. It is essential that the office holds these details before departure, so please complete the relevant form in good time and do not rely on passing details to the skipper/instructor.
